Shipping

CARROVI ships to the United States. All orders include complimentary tracked and insured shipping.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Each frame is inspected, authenticated, and carefully packaged before dispatch.

Delivery time

United States: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Carrier: UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on origin.
All shipments include tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation on delivery.

Duties and taxes

All prices include applicable duties and taxes for delivery to the United States. You will not be charged additional fees on delivery. The price displayed at checkout is the final price — no surprises at your door (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid).

Order tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. You can track your delivery at any time using the link provided.

Packaging

Every frame ships in its original brand packaging — including case, cleaning cloth, certificates, and documentation. Outer shipping packaging is plain and unmarked for security. No branding or product details are visible from the outside.
